Hey, I'm Meg, often found in a handstand or outside in the sun with my horses.

I love coaching people of all levels towards their flexibility and strength based goals, whether that's touching your toes for the first time in years, or finally touching down in splits.

I'm a bit of a handstand nerd, so I'd also love to help you develop your 2-arm practice!

Upcoming Classes & Workshops:

  • Women’s Gymnastic Strength Training

Wednesdays 7-8pm (starting Jan 10th 2024)

Woodhead’s Gym, Silsden, BD20 9NA

This class is designed to help women improve upper body strength and flexibility using calisthenics movements. Think pull ups, dips, push ups and lots of other fun bodyweight movements. This is a beginner friendly class with no previous experience required. All exercises have progressions suitable to your skill level.

This class is suitable for all who are focusing on their 2 arm handstand - whether you're working on getting upside for the first time, or you're wanting to refine your already established practice, come on down and give it a go!

January Block Booking: £20 for all Women’s GST or Handstands

£36 to book in for all handstand and women’s GST classes in January

1:1 Coaching

1:1 coaching is truly bespoke, everyone's experience will be different as the service is tailored to you! Throughout our time working together we'll regularly check in to ensure the service still suits your wants and needs.

At the most basic level of 1:1 coaching you will receive your training programme with in-app demo video's and check-ins. Your programme will be regularly updated as you progress or your situation changes. We'll also communicate over messaging giving you the opportunity to ask questions, get technique feedback or just have a chat.

Different people work well with different levels of support, so we'll figure out what works well for you. A few of example options: training journaling, quick personalised weekly self assessments and reflections, more in depth monthly reviews, and/or 1:1 sessions.


1:1 sessions can be included in your monthly plan, or they can be added in at a discounted price as and when needed. These sessions can take place online or in-person. The option of in-person sessions are location dependant, they can be at your home or Woodhead’s Gym, Silsden, BD20 9NA, a quiet, friendly studio gym.

1:1 coaching is a pay monthly service. Price is dependant upon service, so can be individual, as an example your bespoke programme + 1 weekly 1:1 session is £120 per month.

Ad-hoc Sessions

Up to 90 minutes focused on helping you to over-come a specific struggle, or just have a fun time training with some different in-sights. These sessions tend to work especially well on skill based goals such as handstands, where you'll leave the session with value and feeling confident to continue training on your own.

1:1 session - £35

you + a friend - £55 total

These sessions can be online or in-person (home or gym based, location dependant).
